What you need to talk, share and present
From presenting a proposal to reviewing a project or talking with a client, your meeting tools are close at hand. Video, screen sharing and chat sit in a clear, organized layout, so you can keep the conversation and the presentation moving together.
Screen sharing that puts your presentation first
Shared content appears in the main area, with participant videos in a side column. Each participant can collapse that column for a larger view of the presentation.
Chat and file sharing
Share messages, links, images and files without leaving the meeting. Chat has its own space, so it doesn't cover participant videos or your presentation.
Guest admission and microphone controls
The host reviews requests to join and admits guests to the meeting. Hosts can also mute guests; only the guests themselves can turn their microphones back on.
Record meetings and download the files
Hosts can start recording with participants notified, watch the video in the dashboard and download it for their records. Recording requirements and limits are explained in the FAQ below.
A layout for phones and computers
The meeting layout adapts to the screen size and number of participants. Portrait phone video is shown without cropping, and call controls stay within reach.

Set a time and send the invitations
Create an instant or scheduled meeting, enter your guests' email addresses and mobile numbers, and get a private meeting link. Email invitations are sent by IranCoders, and you can check each invitation's status in the dashboard.

SMS delivery requires an active service and an approved message template. Confirmed bookings made through the website chat or Telegram are also linked to a private Meetex meeting.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to install an app to join?
Guests can join with an up-to-date browser and an invitation link, without installing an app. Camera and microphone access require the user's permission. Call quality depends on participants' browsers, devices and internet connections.
How many people can join a meeting?
Each meeting currently supports up to 10 participants. If you need more capacity or multiple simultaneous meetings, we'll review your organization's needs and the appropriate infrastructure before deployment.
How are meetings recorded?
The host starts recording manually in Chrome or Edge on a computer. The meeting window must stay open throughout, and each recording is limited to 30 minutes. All participants are notified when recording starts. The recording is stored privately in the dashboard for up to 30 days, and the host can download it.
Can Meetex be deployed for our organization?
Yes. For an organization deployment, we'll review your requirements for independent hosting, custom branding and integration with existing systems. The scope, cost and delivery time will be determined by user numbers, network conditions and your organization's security requirements.
